Business and Executive Coaching
For Manufacturing, Technology, and Transportation Business Leaders
Navigate Today’s VUCA Environment
Today’s business leaders are forced to navigate a VUCA environment with volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous conditions. To be successful, you need access to resources quickly, the ability to see your blindspots, and opportunities to leverage unbiased, confidential advice. No one else can give you the perspective you need to get ahead; employees, clients, vendors, family, and friends don’t understand the complexities of your business and industry. Choose to focus on your business, yourself as an executive and leader, or your team. Consider joining a group of peers, who run a company of similar size and scope who have “been there, done that” and speak your language, can bring solutions and insights you may have never conceived. An unbiased, outside coach or peers will help you take your business to the next level.
Peer Advisor Council

Your Personal Business Coach
It is lonely at the top and it is unlikely you have all the answers. A business coach can help you in many ways, such as:
- Get fresh ideas from across industries
- Problem-solve with leaders who have “been there, done that”
- Establish connections to Accelerant YOUR Success
- Benchmark against similar companies
- Be challenged to sharpen your strategic thinking
- Be accountable for your plans
- Confidentially discuss items you cannot with your employees
What to Expect in a Manufacturing, Technology, and Transportation Council
Your small group of no more than 10 leaders will meet on the same day every month in our virtual Strategic Partners’ board room. We’ll discuss what’s important to you, vision-based needs through open-ended discussions, and problem-solving frameworks like COPI (Challenge, Opportunity, Problem, Idea) Processing. Quarterly achievement sessions and annual perspective reports help you stay on track with continuous improvement.
We do the legwork to optimize our councils for the most valuable experience, considering dozens of factors during our discovery calls, to ensure each council member gets the most out of their experience.
